Can't see recordings in web interface

I've been playing around with Shinobi for a couple of days now and I'm really loving it. I'm having a slight issue though and hope someone could help. I have my cameras set to always record. I have about 22 of them and counting. My server is a new install of Ubuntu 18.04 and I'm using MySQL for the database.
My issue is that when I try to view my recordings in the web interface, it says that none exist. When I go to the folder that the videos get saved to, they are all there. Does anybody know what could be causing this?
