Excuse me, how to access my android phone's front & rear camera?

My Shinobi had succeed to connect Hikvision IP camera.
Since the Shinobi is WebRTC supported, the cell phone camera should be used as monitor.
But when adding android phone rear camera as monitor, it shows a black screen.
Please teach us how to solve this problem. thanks all !
