Fresh Install Cannot Create Users

  • I did a fresh install on an Ubuntu 16.04.4 VM (new VM only thing on it is Shinobi) using "The Ninja Way" install method. Upon accessing /super and logging in with the default credentials, I attempt to create a new user and the form is un-responsive (save does nothing, no errors). I have tried in FF, Chrome and even Edge (I also tried all three form a different machine).

    The search on the form is a broken link otherwise I would have searched, any help is appreciated.

  • I had something similar to this on two machines, a Pi and Ubuntu - I can't remember if it was a restart or reinstall that got it working..
    try:

    sudo pm2 restart all
    sudo pm2 list

    This should return something like:

    [email protected]:~ $ sudo pm2 restart all && sudo pm2 list
    Use --update-env to update environment variables

    If that doesn't work, I would try:

    cd Shinobi
    sudo INTSALL/now.sh

    and re run the entire process
