Refunds : A refund can be processed for the most recent payment, taking into account any scheduled charges within the 30-day refund period.
Updates and Maintenance : With payments up-to-date, clients are entitled to regular software updates. Maintenance services are provided on request, ensuring no unsolicited changes to your system.
Restrictions : Our licensing policy prohibits, unless otherwise agreed upon, the transfer or reselling of licenses and mandates adherence to geographical limitations for license activation. License key sharing is strictly controlled to prevent unauthorized use.
Before Purchase : Contact us to arrange signing a complete agreement between Shinobi Systems and your organization. Purchases made without this agreement may be cancelled.
Disputes : Please just contact us for a refund instead of opening a dispute. All disputes will be handled at customer expense. If you choose to create a payment dispute you will be invoiced for time and fees.
